SEA Guidance Annex 13

Comparative assessment of growth scenarios in Bangladesh

Annex 13 provides a side-by-side comparison of growth scenarios in Bangladesh and evaluates how each scenario performs across key environmental and socioeconomic objectives. The tables reveal how risks escalate without mitigation and how strong safeguard policies, enforcement, and the use of clean technologies can transform negative outcomes into positive gains.
